Information You Provide

• Text Templates & Snippets: The text templates, reply snippets, and image templates you create within the App are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit this data.
• Categories & Organization: The categories and organizational structure you create are stored locally on your device.

Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Device Information: We may collect general device information (device type, operating system version) for compatibility and optimization purposes.

Keyboard Extension & Data Privacy

ReplyKit includes a custom keyboard extension that allows you to access your saved templates while typing in other apps. We want to be transparent about how this works:

• The keyboard extension accesses only the templates and snippets you have saved within the ReplyKit app.
• The keyboard extension does not log, record, or transmit any keystrokes.
• The keyboard extension does not access or collect any text you type outside of the App.
• All template data is stored locally on your device and is never sent to external servers.

How We Use Your Information

Any information we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs
• Understand general usage patterns (anonymized data only)

Data Storage & Security

Your text templates, image templates, and reply snippets are stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal content on any external servers. We implement appropriate security measures to protect the information we process, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Third-Party Services

ReplyKit may use third-party services for analytics or crash reporting (such as Apple's App Analytics or Google Analytics for Firebase). These services may collect anonymous data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not share any personally identifiable information with third parties.

Children's Privacy

ReplyKit is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

• Delete all your data by uninstalling the App (since all data is stored locally)
